With more than 30 years in the contract interiors sector, Graham is an experienced business leader and strategist. Graham’s longest spell in the industry was with Remploy Furniture. Remploy was the UK’s largest employer of people with disabilities. In 2013 Graham founded Ministry of Furniture, a start up business with social aims which now employs more than 40 people across two sites in South Wales. As Ministry Group, the business’s activities span interior design, furniture manufacturing, signage and trades recruitment for the construction sector. Graham is a firm believer in investing in the Ministry workforce, their skills and wellbeing; in supporting Welsh based manufacturing, and in working closely with the local community to inwardly invest and support projects
