I have 15 years experience of helping people change their lifestyle to become fitter, happier and healthier.
I work within businesses and privately with 121 and group coaching programmes available.
I help businesses maintain a healthy, happy workforce through workshops, well-being programmes and 121 coaching for those needing more tailored support.I teach people to understand their body more and primarily how stress impacts the mind and body, how we can reduce and manage stress better and ultimately become healthier and happier.
My programmes encourage people to make better, healthier choices, to manage stress and it’s debilitating effects on the mind and body.And to finally take back control of their lives, health and happiness. Enabling them to finally reach their true potential.
My programmes provide tools that help people let go of their past and the obstacles standing in their way of being successful, to gain more clarity and start believing in themselves again. For the past 15 years I have coached people in all aspects of their lives. Improving their mindset completely to improve their whole life, as well as improving their overall wellbeing though exercise, nutrition and hormone advice.
Helping them gain confidence, overcome fears and knock down the barriers they hold high, which have prevented them from achieving their goals.
