Andy Middleton
Strategy and Policy Innovation Specialist
Andy has been elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a Fellow of IEMA. He works internationally and from his home city of St Davids Wales, UK, balancing desk time with surfing, sea kayaking, and land work. He is an experienced Non-Exec Director, facilitator, speaker, and advisor to business and government, enabling leaders to deliver transformational innovation to help solve carbon, biodiversity, resource, and wellbeing challenges. He is Chief Executive at Slipstream Impact, a Founding Partner of the Do Lectures, Partner at NOW Partners, mentor with the Unreasonable Group, B Corp Ambassador and Trustee at the One Planet Centre and Earth Protector Communities. He is a member of the Innovation Advisory Council for Wales. With North Star Transition he is shaping projects to develop nature and activity-based solutions to wellbeing at country-scale and to ensure that every child leaves school fully prepared to wrestle with and ease complex challenges on climate and nature.
